We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. For peak travel periods such as holidays or major events, booking 3-5 days ahead is ideal. We do accommodate same-day requests when possible.

We track all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur automatically adjusts at no additional charge. You will never be stranded or charged extra for circumstances beyond your control.

For arrivals at MSP, your chauffeur will be waiting in the designated ground transportation area of your terminal with a name sign. For other airports, we coordinate the most convenient pickup location and communicate it before your arrival.

Yes. Round-trip bookings are our most popular option. Many clients book departure and return transfers simultaneously to ensure seamless travel on both ends of their trip.

Yes. We offer complimentary child safety seats upon request. Please mention the number and ages of children when booking so we can have the appropriate seats installed and ready.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. We understand travel plans change and handle every situation individually.
